First Consort Drakfor of Visalia (left, TONY PANDOLFO) is the husband of the Grand Leader of Visalia. He was born to shop, at least according to his frilly hat. Admiral Franklin Gillman (no relation to series co-creator Frank Gillman) (right, HAL LINDEN), the ultimate bureaucrat, discusses his favorite substance: red tape. He was born to make his ship captains miserable, just because it's fun. Other than both being born at some point, these two characters also have nothing to do with each other. Yet here they are together. Go figure.
