Cmdr. Shilada of Visalia (KATHLEEN RIPPERT), already knows what's going on because she has a copy of the script. Delegate Bombast of Sirius (JOE GARCIA), being from Sirius and thus being omnipotent but also inept, knew what was going to go on weeks ago but couldn't manage to do anything to prevent it.
